Celeste’s advice helped me to reach my goal of boxing in a lighter weight category. After changing some of my eating habits, I had more energy, recovered from my workouts faster, and I was able to make weight without too much difficulty. I also learned a lot about my nutritional and hydration requirements as an athlete before, during, and after competitions and workouts.

Athlete's Consult

The right amount of the right foods at the right times can make the winning difference! Get reliable sport nutrition advice from our Certified Sport Nutritionist. Make sure you’re eating the right combination of protein, carbohydrate and fat for optimum results. Learn why and how to replace the glycogen and fluid you use in training. The Athlete’s Consult includes a seven-day glycogen recovery schedule.

Athlete's Menu Plan

Start with an Athlete Consult and computer analysis of your diet. Receive advice based on your current diet and practical methods to help you reach your sport and health goals. A menu plan is included to show you what types of foods to choose and when to eat them. The Athlete's Menu Plan is planned around your needs for glycogen recovery.

Athlete's Update

Your needs vary as your training and competition schedule changes. Small adjustments can lead to large performance gains. Adapt your nutrition plan throughout the year. Updates can be in person, via email, or over the phone.

Body Composition Analysis

Athletic performance can be affected by body composition. Whether you are aiming for changes in physique or want to know at what body composition you perform the best skinfold and girth measurements are an easy and inexpensive way to determine your current body composition and track changes over time. We follow the ISAK protocol to measure 8 skinfolds as well as waist, hip, arm and calf girths. Body fat percentage can then be determined from these measurements. You can add body composition analysis to any service.
