One-on-One Services

Personal Consult

In this one-hour consult a dietitian will start by looking at your current eating habits. You can have your nutrition questions answered and learn what changes you can make. You will then work together to develop a plan to achieve your nutrition goals.

Balanced Menu Plan

Start with a Personal Consult and computer analysis of your diet. Receive advice based on your current diet and practical methods to help you reach your specific goals. A menu plan is included to show you what types of foods to choose and when to eat them.

Balanced Weight Loss

Reaching your ideal body weight is one of the best things you can do to help ensure you stay healthy. Fad diets are not long term solutions and usually are not safe. Our Balanced Weight Loss program will help you lose the weight and keep it off because it teaches you a lifestyle and not a short-term diet plan.

Led and monitored by a Registered Dietitian, the program provides education, resources, accountability and motivation. The Balanced Weight Loss program consists of 13 sessions and includes a Balanced menu Plan. You choose the total length of time of the program by scheduling the sessions at intervals that will give you the greatest benefit.

Food & Fitness

Adopt a healthy lifestyle that includes a nutritious diet and physical activity. Balance Nutrition’s Food & Fitness program will give you the knowledge and encouragement needed to make the changes. Let a Registered Dietitian show you how to incorporate healthy eating into your daily diet while a Certified Exercise Physiologist or Physical Trainer will teach you how to increase your physical activity level.

Food & Fitness is a program customized to your goals. During the one-on-one sessions with a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Exercise Physiologist or Physical Trainer you will develop strategies that will lead you towards receiving all the health benefits that smart eating and active living provides.

Follow Up

Do you want further support and accountability? Follow up consults provide just that. Consults can be in person, via email, or over the phone.

Body Composition Analysis

Positive changes in body composition can occur even if the weight on the scale doesn't change. Tracking these changes can help you see your progress. Skinfold and girth measurements are an easy and inexpensive way to see changes in fat mass and muscle tissue. We follow the ISAK protocol to measure skinfolds as well as waist, hip, arm and calf girths. Body fat percentage can then be determined from these measurements. You can add body composition analysis to any service.
